Moshik Regev

Moshik Regev has been developing residential real estate in New York City since 2001. As a full-time real estate developer he has gained extensive experience in real estate through the acquisition, development, investment and sales of dozens of real estate projects over the last 15 years.

Prior to founding FARM Development, LLC, Moshik owned and managed Metro Home Sales, Inc., a real estate investments and development group specializing in residential development. Metro Home Sales employed more than 30 real estate professionals in acquisitions, development, and sales and provided a one-stop solution to home sellers and buyers.

Moshik gained extensive entrepreneurial experience at Lucid Voice, a manufacturer of Voice and Data products for the telecommunications industry. He established the U.S. operations and was responsible for business development and sales in the United States and Latin America. His expertise included penetrating new markets, forming partnerships and alliances and formulating business strategies.

Mr. Regev holds an MBA degree from Fordham University in New York, and B.Sc in Economics from Warwick University in England.

Ari Friedman

Ari Friedman is a former owner and operator of nursing homes in the New York metro area. In 2002 he sold 525 beds at the peak of the market for a total acquisition price of over $25M. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, being comptroller and licensed nursing home administrator for such facilities for over 25 years.

Ari was involved in the construction of two new facilities and the opening of 560 beds in Long Island and Queens, in which he is still a partner.

Ari still owns a 180 bed facility in Rockland County (Friedwald Center for Rehab and Nursing), a facility he has been involved with for more than 20 years.

Real Estate experience includes condo conversions in Shamburg, Illinois of 560 units and ownership stake in over 15 properties, ranging in size from single-family homes to commercial buildings such as the Sears Tower in Chicago.

Ran Harel has extensive experience in evaluating and analyzing properties, projects, and companies; managing business operations; and leading business development efforts. Since joining FARM Development in 2012, Ran has been focused on identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions and expanding the company’s overall acquisition and marketing efforts, including building long-term relationships with top real estate brokers and agents in Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and upper Manhattan.

Prior to joining FARM Development, Ran worked for 10 years in the financial and economic consulting field, specializing in the application of finance, accounting, microeconomics, and econometrics to complex problems, mainly in business litigation. Ran’s work included complex valuation assessments, analyses of expected cash flows related to different projects, and forensic accounting and financial statement analyses. In addition, Ran oversaw the operations, financial activities and business development efforts of a recent employer and managed client engagements.

Prior to his work in the consulting field, Ran worked as an attorney in Israel, specializing in corporate and commercial law.

Ran holds an M.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. degree from the Boston College Carroll School of Management and an LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from the Tel Aviv University Law School.

Yosy (Jay) Kaidar

Yosy (Jay) always says that the combination between real estate and people is an environment that he is excited to be around. After various successful real estate investments, Yosy joined FARM Development in 2012 as a real estate investor specializing in distressed real estate and property acquisition opportunities in the Tri-State area.

Prior to his career in real estate, Yosy was a banker for many years at Bank Leumi in NYC in the International Department managing and maintaining portfolios for over 100 International Corporations for Bank Leumi, the largest Israeli bank. Yosy developed business banking strategies for the bank in order to sell various investment products and services to prospective clients and was responsible for bringing new customers to the bank. Fluent in Hebrew and Spanish enabled Yosy to acquire clients over different continents.

Prior to Yosy’s career in banking he was a co-founder of a startup company, the Fax Bulletin, a small advertising company in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Yosy has a B.Sc from Haifa University, an MBA in Marketing from St. John’s University, and a Finance degree from NYU.

Emely Hernandez has built her success by always going out into the world with goals in mind, an optimistic view, and a willingness to work harder than anyone else.

Emely started her career as an office manager for Adriatic Plumbing Heating Corp, a service provider for the most elite management companies and luxury residential buildings in New York City. She negotiated and managed large renovation projects for Brown Harris Stevens and Douglas Elliman. Emely was keen on keeping the company up to date with technological advances and implemented new GPS based field management software.

She went on to manage the largest private pediatric practice in the Bronx until she found her calling, real estate.

Emely’s passion for real estate began while working with Troutbrook Company, a developer, builder, and owner of residential, industrial, retail, and hospitality properties. The privately held real estate organization has executed on over $2 billion of real estate opportunities and built in excess of $100 million of ground-up development and adaptive reuse projects. Emely was heavily involved in the project management of the ground-up construction of the boutique, 9 floor, Marriott Fairfield Inn Suites Brooklyn. She was also responsible for the FFE procurement for the hotel and pre-opening operations, until the hiring of a hospitality management firm.
While working with Troutbrook, Emely assisted in the acquisition, development, coop conversion, sale, and leasing of other assets in the New York City metro area.

Most recently Emely managed commercial properties for Subro, LLC, who leases spaces to McDonalds, Chase, Dunkin’ Donuts and other well known brands.

Emely holds a B.B.A. in Operations Management from Baruch College.
